Nails: Essie Playa Del Platinum

Finally, Essie! I have been wanting to try this brand for a while and to be honest wasn't quite sure where to get it apart from maybe Ebay. I did see them in Liberty's but I had just bought a Topshop polish and couldn't justify spending another £10 on more polish!

So why do I have an Essie polish you ask? Well step in Tesco's! I discovered I could double up points to spend at Beauty Expert so that's what I did and picked 2 colours, this and School of Hard Rocks.

The colour is a nude beige but in some lights it looks like a dove grey, I wasn't quiet sure of the colour at first but I am warming to it. I have to say though I have fallen in love with Essie. The brush is small, I just don't get on with wide brushes as I tend to get them everywhere. The formula is just right and I have had this on for a few days now with no chips. I do have Seche Vite over the top but that doesn't always prolong or stop the chipping. Two coats was enough for opaqueness.  Ahh now so many other colours to try!
