Weleda Almond Cleansing Lotion for Sensitive Skin Review

A few months ago I tweeted asking for recommendations for cleansers. A few people came back suggesting Weleda.  I am actively trying to avoid Parabens and mineral oil in skincare and this cleanser contains neither of those ingredients and as I have never tried any of their products before I thought I would give them a shot. I chose the Almond cleansing lotion as it’s for sensitive skin.
It’s more thick and creamier than a lotion I feel, not that it makes too much of a difference. When I first started using it I liked it but I wasn’t wowed by it and decided to use it up and move on to the next. I stopped using it to trail a different cleanser which did not agree with my skin at all (bad times) and I just felt like my skin was crying out for the Weleda! Started using it again and it felt like a such a relief, definitely soothing as the name suggests and my skin was much happier. I see this as a staple cleanser in my skincare routine now and in fact I look forward to using it at the end of the day (I only use it with my night time routine). I wasn’t overly keen on the almond scent at first but I have got used to it now and find it quite pleasant and calming. I’m down the last few uses and will definitely be repurchasing!
The cheapest I have found it is from Naturismo  for £7.95 delivered.

Do you like Weleda and what other products should I try?

I love Weleda! I would suggest the rose smoothing day cream, their body washes and body oils! I want to try the Weleda foot balm next! xo
